Happy Birthday Baby!!

In honor of my man turning 31 tomorrow, here’s my TOP 31 reasons that I love him soo much…

1. He lets me have the remote control all of the time except on Sundays during football season
2. He’s a better cook than me
3. He puts up with all of my crazy Type-A tendencies, organizing projects, and monthly cleaning frenzies
4. His hand naturally gravitates towards my scalp to give me scalp massages while we watch tv
5. He’ll do something at least once or twice a week that’ll make me tear up thinking of how great a dad he’s going to be
6. He always gives me the newer, more reliable cars to drive even though it means he never gets to have a new car
7. He always smells sooo good
8. He always makes HUGE sacrifices for me… from taking out the dog in the middle of the night and never waking me… to spending almost every penny he had on my engagement ring when he had no income and his car was broken.
9. He’s an eternal optimist, glass half full kinda guy
10. He’s not content for the status quo and wants his life to leave a ton of vacancies in hell
11. The way he’ll make up lyrics to a song if he doesn’t know the words
12. He proves to me constantly that I’m the most important person in his life
13. He’s an incredibly loyal friend who will fight for his friends
14. He’s THE HOTTEST man on the planet
15. He puts up with a job that he hates to provide for me
16. Nothing compares to watching him on Wednesday nights pour out his heart to the students and see how God has completely annointed him with such a gift
17. He’s a strong and independent man but is really a big ole softy deep down
18. He gets so excited watching sports on tv that he jumps around and pulls butt muscles
19. If God were to ask him to give everything up and move to a third world country without indoor plumbing and air conditioning, he would do it!
20. He makes me laugh so hard that I almost pee myself
21. There is NO spagetti sauce on earth that compares to his!
22. He’s always the first one to give in on a disagreement even when he’s right
23. He truly cares for his students and takes his calling very serious
24. He lets me win some of our wrestling matches… but he’ll never admit to it!
25. He puts up with my couponing and thinks its cool and not stupid that we have 23 boxes of potatoes, 17 packages of cookie dough, etc. at our house
26. He can’t stand for me to be upset at him about anything… won’t rest until it’s fixed
27. He would protect me from anything except for well… a snake
28. He’s the goofiest, silliest, most playful man I’ve ever met (in a good way)
29. He has weird phobias that remind me he’s not perfect… like people chomping on ice, feet, and people rubbing his bald head
30. He’s already planning out how he’s going to teach our kids to be coordinated in case they take after me…
31. He loves Jesus more than he loves me
